Purchasing beef by the whole animal provides wholesale pricing and offers the best value available.
Once you place your order, we will give you an estimated date for the humane harvest of your animal.
Make Your Deposit
To reserve your animal, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required, which will be deducted from your total invoice at the time of settlement.
Choices, Choices
When the animal is sent to the processor, we will contact you to discuss your preferences for how you’d like your beef cut. We’re happy to assist you in selecting the best cuts to suit your family’s needs.
Bring The BIG Coolers
The beef will then undergo dry aging in a climate-controlled cooler for at least two weeks.
After that, it will be cut, vacuum-packaged, and flash-frozen.
Your order will be ready for pickup approximately 2-3 weeks after the animal has gone to the processor.
